Marco Franzato

Glass art master since 1991, Marco Franzato (MA.TO) was awarded for the high quality of his exhibit at the International Trade Fair of Padua in 1994 by the Chamber of Commerce of Venice.

Marco is an inventive creator of objects, jewellery and home accessories using various techniques of glass crafting (from fusing to engraving and decoration). Above all he is a very good interpreter of the union between glass and metals in leaded stained-glass windows and the Tiffany technique. He has been teaching since 2002 at the school of glass Abate Zanetti in Murano.

In his laboratory at St. Maria Mater Domini, you will find artistic stained glass windows, original objects and jewellery in Tiffany and Murano glass.
