Duomo and its Pinacoteca

The Cathedral (Duomo) was built between 1774 and 1826 by three architects including Domenico Cerato, who designed, among other things, Prato della Valle in Padua. The picture gallery (Pinacoteca) in the sacristy houses paintings of famous artists such as: La Cena in Emmaus (The Supper at Emmaus) by Jacopo da Ponte, Lamento sul Corpo di Cristo (Lamentation over the Body of Christ) by Andrea da Murano, La Flagellazione (The Flagellation), attributed to Palma il Giovane.
